last two days macik pg kursus komunikasi berkesan..owhhh..boring sgt but macik gain new knowledge... sifat pendiam macik ni xkan bawa kemana... so speak up...but sometimes better to keep your mouth shut and appear a fool than open your mouth and prove it. the real communication is the message received, not the message intended...kdg2 kita cuba sampaikan benda lain tp org faham mende lain.. n it always happened. Dr Azwan also said always keep your words soft n sweet in case you have to eat them...or it is better to swallow words then to eat them later...huhuhuhuhu..yes i agree 100%. Kind word do not cost much yet they accomplish much..
